Norma Marsalis: right click my computerpropertieshardwaredevice managerif you see any yellow circles with a ! in it, your hardware is not totally setup..and it won't work until you find and install the drivers for your system. You would need to go to the manufacturers website to get them.Also, most laptops with built in wireless have an on/off switch to control the ! wireless function. Make SURE yours is ON....Show more
