Malcom Bourek: I'm not sure about N.C. rules, but when you renewed it in the past did you have to sign a form? I've never heard of anyone having to, since the DMV simply wants your money. You're not trying to change ownership or anything, so I don't see why she can't just take it in and pay the money.If they question her (the name is male and she's not!), then I'm sure she can just explain, as long as she's not trying to use your credit card!P.S. Ginny Trickett: Yes,online as long as they see that registration getting paid ,or by phone.But she has to have a credit card or debit with the visa logo.
