Wilbert Shellgren: Look at their Engineering division. They will wreck down the special curriculums and one will have to be pc engineering. Also, ask the Admissions administrative center at the tuition and tell them what you want. They may be able to direct u to the correct department.
Adam Momaya: Computer engineering was introduced as a specialized version of electrical engineering. Computer engineering deals with both software and hardware, and is geared more towards the computation system and the software necessary for its operation, and less on the applications that run on top of the operating system. Computer engineering is in the engineering department. So, if you want to do strictly software, or enjoy applications programming most, go with computer science. If you want to learn more about the hardware and the computer operating system, device drivers, etc, then computer engineering is for you. Good luck to you....Show more
