Kris Bozelle: Don't listen to Heather. It doesn't matter if it's refurb or new, phones can have problems that arrise over time. She also could have easily done something to cause that anyway.Refurbs have new cases, so it's scratch free and isn't dirty.If you can get a good deal on a refurb, go for it....Show more
Cassidy Pangrazio: refurb or not to refurb?i bought a refurb. palm treo 650 phone. i loved the phone and convenience of a handheld but withen 3 months my phones buttons wouldnt work properly and there was a only a 30 day warranty. Had i bought new there was a year warranty. I will never buy refurb again. That is just my opinion on that.
Jose Bouliouris: Hello,The Palm Zire 71 is certainly much better then m515 & Z22. I am senior member at Brighthand, which reviews PDAs. Palm Zire 71 can take pictures, high resolution screen, play video and music, etc. The m515 & Z22 can't do those.
