Who can suggest me some easy breakfast recipes?

German Thal: Wilted Romaine Lettuce 3 small bunches (or 2 medium bunches of Romaine lettuce) 2 medium onions, chopped 2 tsp minced garlic (Bacon if non veg) about 1/2 lb Tofu, cubes 1/2 lb mushrooms sliced or quartered You can fix this in a large skillet or a very large saucepan.... Saute the tofu separately (or the bacon first). Then saute the onions and the garlic and the mushrooms and add the tofu (or bacon). Drain off excess frying oil but leave some in for flavor. Wash Romaine lettuce leaves and separate them.Put the Romaine lettuce leaves in the skillet.Put enough apple cider vinegar to go up 1/4 of the side of the skillet , then add water so that the skillet has 1/2 full of vinegar water(ie equal vinegar and water). Simmer this covered, turning lettuce as needed with a large spoon..until the leaves are wilted thoroughly (the main vein of the leaves will be slightly crunchy..that is okay.) Serve hot...Show more

Gregory Dilg: this is one of my fav! ourite I will share with you... dead easy and super yummyfor o! ne person ok...2 or 3 eggs please try to use only fresh free range eggs a dash of milk a pinch of salt a little grated tasty cheese a little chopped fresh chivesif you have a non stick pan you should use that if not use a regular frypin just add some buttercrack the eggs then add all the abovepre heat the stove top and while waiting get out some good bread to make toastthe eggs only take a minute so it all comes together fast okwith a whisk mix up all the things in the frypan then put the pan on the already hot element and stir gently gently then turn element offthe secret technique with scrambled eggs is not to over cook don't let it get too drythe toast will now be ready to butter (not margarine please but real butter)plate up with the toast on the side of the plate...Show more
